Our featured photographer series is back again.
Every fortnight, we interview a talented photographer for our “Featured photographer” series where we discuss their interest in photography, experiences, lessons, tips to improve productivity and things such as marketing oneself better. Of course, a bit of gear talk too.
As part of the series, today, we have Achuthanand Ravi, an enthusiastic and creative freelance photojournalist as our “Featured Photographer” this week.
Lets dive right in for a chat with him.
What is photography to you ?
Photography is a form of communication. I try to make it about stories that I feel need to be told. Hopefully it can form a bridge between peoples. The ideal would be for it to be part of creating positive change.
Working on frames and colors , nature and life, I started observing how things could be presented better, could be captured better, without losing its real essence, in a way of his own. Passion led into action and this is what I am now .
